Bottle cap - "Zhen Cui" aluminum-plastic composite anti-counterfeiting bottle cap

  • Product requirement: An aluminum-plastic combination cover that integrates aesthetics, anti-counterfeiting, easy opening and strong sealing performance.

  • Introduction to Core Production processes

    1. Structural design: It adopts a combined structure of "outer aluminum shell + inner plastic part";. The outer aluminum shell offers an aesthetically pleasing design and a printing carrier. The inner plastic part (usually food-grade PE or PP) ensures an elastic seal with the bottle mouth.

    2. Shell production: Aluminum sheets are precisely formed into cover shells through stamping, and then undergo anodizing or painting to enhance wear resistance and appearance texture. Then, the "high-speed curved surface printing"; technology is adopted to precisely print complex brand patterns and anti-counterfeiting information on the curved surface.

    3. Internal injection molding: Through precision injection molds, internal plastic parts with anti-theft rings and sealing gaskets are produced. The formula and structural design of the sealing gasket are crucial and directly affect the airtightness.

    4. Assembly and functional integration: On the automated assembly line, the inner plastic parts are pressed into the aluminum shell, and anti-theft thermal break and QR code/RFID anti-counterfeiting chips are installed. Finally, torque tests (opening force), sealing performance tests (negative pressure/positive pressure), and anti-counterfeiting verification tests are conducted to ensure the reliable functionality of each bottle cap.
