Product requirement: A crystal white material glass wine bottle with unique texture, high light transmittance and heavy feel, and irregular relief.

Glass material formula and melting: Using a crystal white material formula, by carefully selecting low-iron quartz sand and other raw materials, it is melted in a high-temperature kiln into a glass liquid with extremely high purity and excellent light transmittance, ensuring that the finished product has no impurities and is crystal clear.
Forming process: The "row-type bottle-making machine + blow molding method" is adopted. First, drop the glass liquid material into the initial mold and use a punch to press out the initial shape of the bottle body and the internal relief texture. Then it is transferred to the forming mold, and the bottle body is blown to the final shape and wall thickness by high-pressure gas. This process can precisely control the weight of the bottle body and its complex internal structure.
Surface treatment: High-temperature kiln baking. The designed golden brand logo and pattern are transferred to the bottle body through glaze, and then sent into the baking kiln for secondary high-temperature sintering, so that the pattern adheres permanently and brightly, enhancing the sense of luxury and anti-counterfeiting.
Strengthening and inspection: Perform online or offline annealing to eliminate internal stress in the glass, enhancing its strength and safety. Finally, the machine vision system conducts 100% inspection on the bottle mouth size, bottle body defects, pressure resistance strength, etc., to ensure perfect compatibility with the automated filling line and zero product defects.
