• Service client: A luxury perfume brand from Europe.

• Product Requirements: A high-white glass bottle with a complex shape, featuring multiple refractive surfaces like cut crystal, equipped with a precision metal nozzle and a customized bottle cap.

• Introduction to Core Production processes

  1. Glass forming: Usually, ";manual blowing at the kiln mouth + mold shaping"; or "advanced automatic pressure blowing"; is adopted. For extremely complex artistic shapes, artisans may take materials from the kiln mouth with blowpipes, initially blow them in molds, and then manually cut and thermoform them to create unique bottle mouths and curves.

  2. Surface finishing

     • Grinding and polishing: After the bottle body cools down, it undergoes multiple grinding processes. The designed angular surfaces are precisely cut using diamond grinding wheels, followed by rough polishing and fine polishing to restore the optical transparency and brilliant refraction effect of the glass.

     • Spraying and coating: Some series will undergo inner wall spraying (presenting a matte or colored effect) or outer PVD vacuum coating (endowing metallic luster such as gold and rose gold).

  3. Accessory integration: The bottle mouth needs to be precisely matched with a high-precision glass bead spray pump head or dropper. Bottle caps are often made of metal (zinc alloy) or thick glass, and are produced through processes such as turning, electroplating, and inner flocking, achieving a perfect balance of weight and hand feel with the bottle body.
